Tim arrived on time, first thing in the morning and was persistent in locating the clog in my kitchen sink. The way my plumbing is in our home, it wasn’t a simple clog compared to some homes. He actually had to get under the crawl space to see how the pipes we’re done which is not an easy thing to do. Once he fixed the clog he provided some solutions to help us prevent this in the future. He was extremely professional, courteous and while he provided the worst case scenario it ended up not being the case. I’m sure he worked a little longer than another sink clog but his extra effort payed off. Many thanks and our hats are off to Tim!DS

I had issues when I got home and was able to have a tech out the same day which was amazing! The tech they sent, Garrett was the best tech. He was very professional and explained everything up front and went in depth with the work he did. He will be the reason I keep using Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Ken arrived promptly and actually had quite an ordeal cleaning roots out of the pipes under the house. He had to use the camera to see what was there and then confirmed everything was gone. Awesome job!

This is the only business that honored their 24/7 emergency claim at 11:30 on a Friday night. The dispatcher was patient and helpful, and the technician got here as soon as possible and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly. Thank you!

I would like to begin by saying that Ken was the technician sent to our residence and he was fantastic. He even tried to negotiate with our warranty company. He was knowledgeable and told us what he was doing every step of the way. Benjamin Franklin is expensive, but they use quality materials, qualified technicians, and provide prompt service. In addition to all of this, they actually guarantee their work and provide warranties on their materials. This type of assurance is worth every penny!

Charged my son and daughter in-law $168+ to crawl under house and probe for sewer pipe. Fixed nothing, didn’t run a camera, didn’t attempt to snake line even for potential clog issues past clog in bathrooms. Ben Franklin had been out once before and cleared clog from kitchen sink and ran camera 6 months ago. Bid was given to put in clean-out access for $2000.00. Called Bowers and got a bid for $950.00, got an exact dollar breakdown. Will never use Ben Franklin again. I called Ben Franklin and if the manager calls me back and we get issues taken care of, I’ll remove this post. Talked to manager, no effort made to make situation better. They got their money, end of it.

We called to have service on the toilet in our master bathroom. We received a call that the technician was on his way and when Ken arrived, he looked after the issue, as well as letting us know that the hot water heater, which was installed by Benjamin Franklin, was overdue for service. Plumbers were on time. Gave us a good estimate and advised us of the potential problems with 60+ year old house and its plumbing. Did all the necessary workarounds to make things work. /when they needed a part that they didn't have on their truck it was delivered to them quickly.. Showed us that everything worked perfectly and cleaned up after themselves.Great job--thanks.

Our hot water tank started leaking Sunday night, we called Benjamin Franklin and set up an appointment for Monday. By noon on Monday we had our new tank up and ready to go. The plumber, Garrett Davis did a super job, was very polite, and cleaned up the area after the installation. Will be glad to call Benjamin Franklin for our next plumbing problem, and hopefully Garrett will be able to take our call.

Called on a Saturday because they offer weekend service. Just needed a hot water tank replaced. The young man who showed up was very polite, but didn't seem to want to do any work. He insisted he couldn't find a tank that would fit, that it was a minimum 8 hour job, and began building a case for me to install a high dollar system instead later the next week. I declined as it was not why I called them out. Even though they couldn't or wouldn't make the repair I was still charged $50.00 and still had no hot water. I was no closer to having my problem resolved than I was before I called them. Monday morning I called a plumbing company I had used before, and had a new tank installed in less than 3 hours. Really felt like I was being hustled.

Who likes to call a plumber? Me either. But, I have to tell you that BF did an excellent job! Josh W. was outstanding. Very patient and understanding, you never felt hurried or pushed. Could not have asked for a better tech! I had a leaking tub that we tried to fix for 5 days. 5 days! Thank God I wised up and called BF. Yes, they may be a little higher. But, people you get what you pay for! Can see why they win the Eagle readers survey year after year after year. I know I will sleep better tonight. Thank you Ben Franklin! Highest Recommendation.

Josh came out quickly to repair a leak in the waterline to the fridge on a Sunday night. He was there within 20 minutes and had the repair finished in less than 30. He was very professional and helpful. The rate was also very reasonable. I’ve had plumbers charge excessively for weekends or evenings in the past and Benjamin Franklin didn’t. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Came home and found water coming thru the ceiling in the basement. I called two plumbers and there was a 1-2 week wait. Looking thru the good old Yellow Pages I found Benjamin Franklin plumbing who promised to send someone out in a few hours. Less than a half hour later Matt K was at my front door. He figured out the problem quickly and got it fixed. He called Stover Restoration company for us and they were there quickly. Matt K was very nice, efficient and very professional. I would call him at Benjamin Franklin with any other future plumbing problems.

Eddie the tech was on time, replaced the needed plumbing and checked for any more problems. He explained the possible issues and fixed the problem with the lowest possible cost. He was friendly and professional. As with most plumbing issues, the price might seem high at first but you're paying for their expertise and Eddie had it !

We recently had our main water line start leaking and I'm glad I called Benjamin Franklin out to do the job, The Tech I dealt with Robert Dawes was Professional at all times and Very Helpful. He made sure that we understood what was going on and what they were doing to resolve our issue.
